Topic:  Horseshoe Crabs

Join us for an educational presentation about the fascinating horseshoe crab and its vital role in our local ecosystems. Delaware Master Naturalist & Center staff member, Caitlin Chaney will cover topics to include the biology of the horseshoe crab, its importance to the health of our bays, and its connection to various wildlife species. She'll also dive into the conservation efforts in place to protect these ancient creatures and their habitat here in our Inland Bays.

The Indian River Varsity football team has made history by winning the state championship for the third time ever!

This incredible achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of the team. Unfortunately, the Team does not have the funds for the State championship rings or jackets that commemorate this monumental win.

So we’re asking for your help. We will be donating 20% of the sales all day December 6th to these local champions.

These young athletes put everything they had into bringing the championship trophy back to Sussex County, and they truly deserve to celebrate this victory. Your support can make a huge difference. Whether you contribute to help provide championship rings, jackets, or just show your appreciation for their hard work, every little bit helps. Let’s come together as a community to show these players that their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
